THERE IS NOT A DAY THAT GOES BY THAT SOMEONE OR SOMETHING DOESNT REMIND ME OF NICK. IT IS STILL SO WONDERFUL TO KNOW THAT PEOPLE STILL THINK ABOUT HIM OFTEN AND ALL THAT HE ACCOMPLISHED IN HIS SHORT 18 YEARS. WE HAVE ALL LEARNED SOME REALLY IMPORTANT LESSONS FROM HIM. DONT TAKE LIFE FOR GRANTED.. LIVE EACH DAY AS IT WERE YOUR LAST FOR YOU DO NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE YOUR TURN. LET THE PEOPLE WHO CARE KNOW THAT OFTEN. DONT BE ASHAMED TO SAY I LOVE YOU. THOSE SIMPLE WORDS CARRY ME THROUGH AS NICK SAID THEM SO OFTEN. THIS YEAR PAST YEAR SEEMS TO HAVE FLOWN BY AND I STILL FEEL HIM BESIDE ME EVERYDAY. A LIFE MAY END BUT A SPIRIT LIVES ON FOREVER. AND I KNOW HIS IS STILL WITH US ALL. NICK WE LOVE AND MISS YOU SO MUCH!

From very early in life I always knew Nick would be something special. He was the best baby and a pretty good boy growing up. Don't get me wrong we had our shares of ups and downs but we always manged to get through them. Nick had a love for fishing, hunting, hanging with friends and family and most of all Motorcross. Nick was blessed with so many wonderful people in his life. The world of motorcross enriched Nick's life in so many ways. He had the opportunity to meet and hang out with some pretty wonderful people. They eventually became our second family. Nick had a love of helping out all the riders who were just getting started. I've heard how blessed many of you feel for having Nick help you out. But in so many ways you helped him more than you'll ever know. Nick's legacy will live on forever in our hearts because of the person he was. He always had a smile and a kind word for everybody. He didn't hold a grudge. His love for life and his winning smile help me to get through the days until I once again have my baby in my arms.
